Are we ever spoiled now! A covered
cabana is the only way to go!
What a great job they did on this waterpark!
From the moment I walked through their
gates I couldn't stop commenting on what a
neat feel it had. The lush tropical foliage,
beach huts and island decor was reminiscent
of Disneyland. With 40 rides and attractions
there was something for everyone, vast
kiddy pools and thrill slides for the brave.
Hurricane Harbor provided plenty of waves
for boogie boarders at an additional $5 a day.
Prices were steep with children under 48-
inches $18.95, and above that it's $24.95. At
these prices you better plan a whole day to
get your money's worth, and a cabana for
$50 is certainly worth it. These come with
waitress service, lounge chairs and cool
shade. I was especially impressed with the
food here. They had the most awesome
grilled hot dogs, mega-sized with grilled
peppers, onions and jalapenos which was
irresistible with a sprinkle of garlic salt, we
were amazed at how many we ate. They also
offered fruit smoothies in hollowed out
pineapples and coconuts as well as fresh
dipped apples in 20 different varieties. I
have never been so impressed with an
amusement park's food as I was here, and
it's about time! I'm a "been there, done
that" kind of person, always needing to try
something new, but I'd be thrilled to spend
another day here.

Generally open on weekends from 11-5 p.m.,
and 10-8 p.m. daily during the hot summer
months.
