They've improved upon the old "Jaws"
attraction with "Jaws on Fire!"
jam packed with adventure. There's also a show called Cinemagic which gives you an
inside look at how they make some of movie's special effects, using audience
participation. The Nutty Professor in this three part show was hilarious! The
pyrotechnics of Backdraft seemed pretty out of control and very impressive. I didn't
necessarily care for Waterworld, but the pre-show clowns were entertaining dousing
people with buckets of water. The rest of the family went on Jurassic Park III Summer
Splash
, which I had to pass on because my five year old was too scared of the 84 foot
vertical drop. That turned out to be just fine with me since the others came back
soaking wet and were cold the rest of the evening. I suggest going on this one early in
the day to have time to dry out before the evening chill sets in. They had a couple of
rides I wish I had been able to see such as the Terminator 2: 3D and the Mummy
Returns Chamber Of Doom
. There were other shows for the kids such as the E.T.
Adventure
, an animal show called Animal Planet Live, a live show called Rugrat's Magic
Adventure
, and the Nickelodeon Splash water fun house with soakers, sprayers,
targets, a 500-gallon water dump and all around water chaos! After a day of fun here
spend the rest of the night on The Universal Boardwalk for an evening under the stars,
strolling through the shop and dining in one of the many popular restaurants.

I really like this amusement park, they are
always updating and adding new attractions
so there's something for everyone. If you
have little ones be sure to go into the Wild
Thornberry's Adventure Temple
filled with
foam balls and all kind of contraptions to
suck them up or shoot them out with, it's
wild in here! The Studio Tour is one of their
original attractions where you get a closer
look at where and how your favorite movies
were made. This attraction is full of
surprises from flash floods, earthquakes,
Jaw's on Fire!, and much more! Back To The
Future
was my favorite ride 15 years ago
and still is. This ride is so cleverly done and
The Flash Flood on The Studio Tour.
