Riverside Cask n Cleaver

If you're a fan of Happy Hour, then you'll be happy with Cask
'n Cleaver's. Their Happy Hour changes daily, Monday
through Friday. Not only can you take advantage of daily
drink specials, but complimentary food too, and good at
that! The Friday evening we came and they had all-you-
can-eat BBQ Beef Ribs and Chicken Wings. These were
great! They also had help-yourself chips and salsa, and all
Martinis on Friday's are 1/2 off. Mondays they offer their
happy hour 4 p.m. until closing. Tuesday nights is their
complimentary Taco Bar along with Coronas discounted to
$2.75 and Domestic Drafts $2. Wednesday nights is more
free food and 1/2 off on straight up shots. And if you like to
sing or just like watching others brave it then come on
Wednesday nights for karaoke 8:30 till closing. Thursday
nights is the BBQ Beef Ribs and 16oz Drafts are $2. On
Thursday's, Friday's and Saturday's they have the "Tim
Lamb At The Piano Bar" playing hits of the 50's and 60's. His
show starts at 9 p.m. until closing, we've heard he's really
good. This particular location is in Riverside where the bar
was much like some place in the mountains, small and dark
with dark wood beamed ceilings. It was casual with mostly
tables and three or four comfy booths. They had sports on
the big screen television and it was a very busy night. We
ordered a 16-ounce beer, a couple of Vodka Tonics, with
Absolute no less, and ate until we were stuffed and our bill
came to $11?!! I just don't see how they can just give away
this much meat? For what ever the reason I highly
recommend taking advantage of their generosity. This
Happy Hour schedule if effective April through June of 2001.
