Presidential Lounge

A stroll through the Mission Inn Hotel is worth the
visit here alone. It's a huge place and trust me
you'll work up a thirst when your done.
Thankfully their happy hour is there to wet your
whistle and with tough times it can be affordable
too. Happy hour at the Presidential Lounge is
3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
with a limited appetizer menu with Shrimp
Cocktail, Nachos, Ceviche, Tappenade and
Quesadillas half off. They've also taken a $1 off
draft and well drinks. Friday and Saturdays there
is a great two-piece jazz band with plays from
We come for the high class, darkened,
atmosphere and great two-piece jazz band which
plays from 8:00 p.m. to midnight. I didn't get a
chance to sample much of the menu, but I'll tell
you they make my all time favorite salsa here
which you'll find in their Guacamole and Salsa
Sampler. There were three different salsas, but
the dark one, oh!
