I was pretty tickled with this place. Besides the
fact that they are located bayside, Humphrey's Half Moon Inn has so much to offer during your stay, and at such reasonable prices. The lush, tropical landscaping is what impressed me most. There were palms, boganvillas and orchids growing everywhere. The upper rooms had bamboo enclosed patio's, to keep with the Hawaiian feel. Poolside there is a Jacuzzi tub, ping pong table and an outdoor, cabana style bar to order tropical drinks, it was great! I was surprised to see a large manicured grassy area for avid golfers to practice their putting or a family to engage in an old fashioned game of croquet, the front desk has everything you need. A stroll through the premises brought us to a wooden bridge over a koi pond and then finally to Humphrey's Concerts By The Bay. The small outdoor venue and waterfront views makes this an awesome place to see a concert! The rooms were nice enough, equipped with a small refrigerator and hair dryers and ours was only $159 a night, although they upgraded our room at no extra expense to a pool view room, since they had availabilities. There was also Humphrey's Waterfront Restaurant on the premises, which offers room service or poolside service. It also was in walking distance of the breakwater and a couple of other restaurants.
It's another one of my great little finds!
