Blue Man Group
Las Vegas, Nevada
Every time one of those commercials with the Blue Men
would come on television my husband would comment
how he would like to see their Vegas show. Personally, I
didn't get the attraction. We recently made it out to see
their drumming/mime act at the Luxor and loved it! We
sat in the 12th row which was $75 per person (you don't
want to sit in the first rows being they are "splash zones"
and those sitting in those seats are given plastic covering
to protect their clothing.) The venue was small, so I
purchasing cheaper tickets and sitting a few rows farther
back really wont affect the experience that much. The
drumming was fabulous and some of their mime acts had
us in tears! After the show the Blue Men came out to
greet their audience, I thought it so funny when one gal
ran up and gave him a bit sloppy kiss, only to hear great
roars of laughter. She looked awkward, not knowing why
she was being made fun of. She had no idea that the Blue
Men were really painted and she had a big ring of blue all
around her mouth. I would have loved for my kids to have
seen it with us. It's great for all ages.
